All: I am stunned and amazed. People from this thread visited that mine, assured everyone it was genuine, saw the work and the evidence of the value, posted detailed reports of the fact that the value was genuine. Some of these people insisted they were buying long term and that their family were buying long term.

Other people I respect on SI, who are known for careful due diligence, bought in, in a big way, in private offerings. I've lost a huge amount of money, and at least equally important, feel personally betrayed.

How did it come to this? Is it just because that one Joint Venture defaulted? Did I fall for a scam?

Thanks for any explanation from anyone.
