I appreciate your comments and questions.

Firstly, the company E-Biz (Pub-Co) was in the process of trying to buy JAWS (Private - Co) and at the time E-Biz had virtually no technology, revenue or management (two - promoters). I was the CEO of JAWS (Private Co) and through the due-diligence period discovered E-Biz had nothing to offer us and I backed out of the deal. The major shareholders of E-Biz came back to me and basically turned the Pub-Co identity, registration etc over to us.

I am not a technologist but understand the principals and have been
immersed in the financing and development of technology for approximately 15 years.

My first roll is business with the understanding that the technology
represents only 25% of the entire equation. The balance of a successful operation is split between operations, finance, sales/marketing and relationship management.

I own a small venture capital firm among other companies which are managed by good solid people and require little time of mine. Jaws is a corporation I have taken a serious lead in due to the opportunity I see in it and the belief that the first five years are extremely critical. I may not be the right CEO once the company reaches a certain size, but for the time being it requires incredible attention from me. Keeping in mind, I was the venture capital behind the company as a private company, I still remain heavily invested.

I have not and do not compromise on the team I build into a company. They are critical to its success. You will also notice the board I am building. They are of incredible quality and very purposeful in choice. Reference www.jawstech.com

Me and my teams history of success speaks for itself and I trust you will also see value in it.
