small cap app this fall from 8/24 release In the fall, APG plans to file form SB-2, a registration statement under the Securities Act of 1933, with the Securities and Exchange Commission to enable the series A preferred shares to be converted to registered APG common stock. This conversion will fulfill the final requirement necessary for APG to file for trading on the NASDAQ smallcap market.

believe evans, wall st group and cibc oppenheimer all have institutional investors lined up, but not until they begin trading on small caps.
