Just point out to me which part is inaccurate. This seems to be what you are all saying but you offer no proof. Mr. Harary confirmed that what I wrote post #980 was correct. I did further due diligence as to why REFR opted to do this at all and gave that information as well. This deal gives us leverage, guaranteed financing if EVER need on REFR's terms. Now why has that been so hard to understand? Please be specific. ND
