Michelle, I know that your job is not in the criminal justice system otherwise you would know that sex behavior is used by prosecutors all over this country to impeach the crediblity of witnesses in civil and criminal trials. Remember OJ simpson? Both the prosecution and the defense used people's sex lives to impeach their credibility on the stand. Why did Marsha Clark keep bringing up OJ Simpson's ex-girlfriend Paula Barbieri? It was not material but it did show what a jerk was was when he gave a bracelett to Paula that originally he gave to Nicole Simpson in order to get her back. I myself have served on a jury and of course, the prosecutor and the defense attorney both made witnesses testify about their sex lives...that is simply the way it is. The case against Bill Clinton is nothing unusual. It does show though, that besides being a perjurer, he is creepy like OJ Simpson. -John
