jbe, I don't know why you think you are weak on the Yugoslavia situation. I think you know more than Bill Clinton and 1/2 his cabinet. The only thing I find kind of funky is that the Serbs seem to think that they alone were responsible for halting the spread of Islam by the Ottoman Empire by fighting them in the Kosovo battles 600 years ago. In fact, most historians credit the Spanish Armada with the defeat of the Ottoman Empire in the biggest naval engagement in history. Oh well. Bill Clinton is so impressed with himself he thinks that he can put a stop to a 600 year old civil war in the Balkans. Sheesh. Oh well, it does jack up the Dow Jones every time we bomb the Serbs. -John
