We know it's probably not insider buying. One wonders why a small company like ptch doesn't offer its shareholders monthly updates about the progress of the business. Examples: Pacer Technology has placed its new glue in over 1200 stores this month. Pacer Technology has release a new line of products. The company needs to attract more attention.
