Mama Bear, It is even more dishonest to attribute some thought to someone as if they said and then go on to say it is "specious".

I refer to your comment "It seems even more specious to say that HEB won a lawsuit or 2 10 years ago and Asensio lost one so that means that HEB will win their suit against Asensio."

What I wrote, in effect, was that I compared the truthfulness of both Carter and Asensio in their releases as well as what their comparative record was in lawsuits where presumably what they said and did and their honesty was under more rigorous scrutiny by the Court and their peers than in my readings of their current releases. Asnesio lost and Carter won.

Carter will win his lawsuit against Asensio because Asensio has maliciously disseminated false and misleading information, which he knew or should have known to be false, to profit from his short position in the stock of the company. Refer to the exact allegations that have been posted but I think Carter can easily prove his case.
