Marty, I guess you think it's ok for you to put words in my mouth but not for me to interpret what you said. You did not say what you claimed to mean in your first post, perhaps you should have been more clear. Now you try to label me dishonest for not understanding your unclear statements.

Regardless, many longs of many companies that Asensio has accurately analyzed have dredged up that ancient lawsuit.

I sincerely doubt that Carter will win the lawsuit against Asensio. The burden of proof will be on HEB, and it's a high standard. I do not see Asensio's conclusions as being unreasonable. As a matter of fact, given his track record from his sell recs, I expect that the fullness of time will prove him to be correct.
