Guys,
There is a hot new Y2000 stock that has surfaced. You probably have already heard by now about UCMP UniComp. Yesterday it was a small cap stock today it closed in on 10. It opened at 5 and closed at 9 5/8 up 96%. But WAIT-- this isn't just a play. This stock actually has merit and a contract with an undisclosed "worldwide services" company.

With all of the focus shifting from the other Y2000 stocks such as ZITEL, this one is sure to be a winner.

Here is an excerpt from briefing.com today:

13:30 ET ******

UNICOMP INC (UCMP) 8 3/8 +3 9/16.Shares of largely undiscovered "Year 2000" play are
going through the roof on news that company's Unibol unit secured a contract for "millennium
bug" services. In a press release, company said it will provide the first phase of an impact
analysis of "Year 2000" issues associated with the applications of a an unnamed
''worldwide services'' company. UCMP expects the initial phase of the agreement to be
worth $100,000, with the full project estimated in excess of $1.65M. News has sent the stock
more than 74% higher as it benefits from the rally going on this extremely hot sector. However, there
is one primary difference between this issue and several of the other 2nd-tier "Year 2000"
plays, it has a major contract in hand. Until today stock had failed to participate in the sector rally
that has sent several sector stocks more than 200% higher in less than two weeks. This issue is set
to expand its 52-week range of 3.50-8.625, which is extremely narrow when compared with almost
all of the other sector plays.

Read all about it on the thread:

Good Luck to All,
-Mary
