Actually, Count, I calculate a 12.5% dividend yield (not 20%) on DSWLF at $6, using $0.75 as the annual dividend rate. I don't think we can count on the special $0.25 dividend to be repeated next year. Still a terrific return, if it is maintained. Obviously the sellers do not think it will be maintained, or don't care for dividends. Dennis ps: damn, missed post #6,000,000 by just 2.
