Interesting story on thestreet.com about CLECS and their use of junk bonds to grow the business. With the bond market crashing, it drives the stock down, and now they have no place to go to raise money to fund these types of businesses... basically looking for a bunch of them to be in serious trouble. Is espi one of them?
