joe, I wonder how may shares 3Com repurchased on this latest downswing. I also think the market is adjusting COMS price up slowly this qtr. and with next qtr. earnings confirmation, if good, will adjust further. This is why we did not see $24 while most stocks got hammered and COMS was trying to go up in this flat to down market. Remember COMS was trying to go up before market got killed also. Matt
