Business Model ( Internet based vs Private Network based services)

I think an important question to ask How much revenue does
Harbinger derive from their Network service business, because
there is a transtion going on to the Internet for Network
services (although the Internet has it's own set of problems
like slow, reliability - this will improve) Since their new
product is all Web/Internet based, what kind of transition
cycle will this cause ??
