To all, Another comedienne on CNBS this morning. I didn't get her name, but she was some woman who didn't know bull droppings from Shinola. Here is my favorite comment:

"We want to buy companies that can do well in this tough environment. For example, we are buying IBM because they were just upgraded to buy by somebody as dumb as we are."

O.K., I made up that last descriptor. <G>

But, simple fact of life. When a company does well, it is its business that does well. It is not doing well just because somebody who wants banking business upgrades it at the top of its trading range.

Doesn't somebody at least coach these maroons on the basics before they go on t.v.?
