I must really be stupid
because I am telling you that
when I go to that
I see programs that INCLUDE netscape and some of them are the programs on the desktop

start/settings/taskbar&startmenu/startmenuprograms/advanced

then I see all the programs in there
INCLUDING netscape

I just want to take IE off as being a default browser..where is that setting

both netscape and IE are there..so why is IE loading up automatically and not netscape.

and I see no startUP menu

this wasnt a freaking problem until I upgraded IE

and when I search for this file
C:\WINDOWS\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp

there is NOTHING in it

and this

C:\WINDOWS\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp

IE isnt even in it
