Gary, I must disagree with your assessment....you make it sound as if xyln chased after qudt to incorporate their software. It sounds to me, though, according to the qudt VP who was quoted in the article, that qudt wanted xyln to help them "broaden our distribution through OEM channels" with their QiP product.
Sounds to me as if they chose xyln specifically.
