Any ideas why the addition of Umesh Padval? I don't question his credentials, but it is unusual to add senior management to the payroll during tough times, and Alex yesterday identified these as tough times. Was Alex forced out of day to day operations, was he overworked and sought to offload some responsibility, or has this been the plan for a long time and the right man finally came along? The big question is will this help semiconductor sales, or is it just another big salary on the books?
