It's not easy following the story, but it should be very interesting to see how NPCT's capitalization agreement is rewritten. It's still not clear if Mr. Hirsch is still involved, but it does appear the rules of the contract will be changed for whomever buys the remaining Series B and C convertible preferred shares.
