If Innovex has declining sequential earnings this quarter as Doug Keller suggests, how will that play into your plan? Probably declining earnings will be from lower revenues also as they get lower margins on less capacity utilization. Short term, that sounds pretty bad. Long term can turn around if demand increases.

Question is what can they say at the CC to make you and others feel better about improving demand? I think they will be coming closer to announcing Maxtor for FSA. If they don't have a new customer, I wonder what they can say to keep the faith?

Innovex can trade below $10. I wonder why it won't retest those lows if the market has another few sick days. I think I would look for opportunities to take profits and buy dips again. A lot can happen between now and November.

Seagate reports tomorrow and Quantum the day after. WDC on Monday. What they say about inventory in the channel and demand will tell you everything you need to know about Innovex. I expect Quantum at least to affirm they have lower inventory, but then they are not Innovex's best customer, unless there is a bridge flex here.

PS I won't be in the country for the CC. Maybe it would be a good question to bring the sales of bridge flexes out into the open.
