$5 is a magic number, or used to be. That is the threshold of margin-ability for a stock according to the Federal Reserve. Once you bust $5 on the downside, presto!, no SMA for that security. Stock going downwards thru $5 tend to pick up some speed when they are held largely by individuals who may have the stock in margin accounts.

It looks like a buying opportunity to me.
