Josef, I can relate to your confusion, however I think promoting a stock is important especially for a software company because it creates awareness for the stock (which is good for the shareholders) and the company (which is good for the product and sales). My confusion came from the fact that Millennium Bug Compliance Kit is promoted apart from Planet City through Millennium Software Solutions. Their web site I found at millenniumbugkit.com. Hopes this helps.
