Dear Jane: Thank you for your prayers. I have always thought that many ailments are symbolic , because the permissive will of God is alive and well. The one man Jerry is not a believer that the Holy Spirit in the book of Acts heals the same way today. NOT NOT NOT. You are right on ! You are a discerning sister, empowered with the same Holy Spirit as in the book of Acts. But the blood of Jesus is against satan and Jerry will be healed, in spite of his beliefs. None of us would be where we are without the grace and mercy of the Lord. The Lord will honor our belief and our faith if he so desires and I am convinced of that ( the anointing upon one believer to pray for another believer, a sinner, a backslider, anything in the realm of the spirit, we can bind and loose in Jesus name and God is pleased when we do.)
