I have owned the preferred for a while and have been lurking here. Just reserved in today's mail a letter from the Company (Gallagher) stating that they have executed a "final definitive share exchange agreement" with TRC Acquisition Corp. Proxy to be filed "soon". Former ROTI shareholders will own 30% of the merged Company. Letter date 10/9/98. I think all this has been said here before, but it is nice getting it directly from the Company. Seems official. Gary
