Anybody who reads these boards and purchased shares in MTEI and hasn't contacted the SEC really should do it now. The sending of this questionnaire indicates to me this scam is now agendized with them, and each of us needs to act accordingly.

I don't know whether the personal data collected will form any basis for attempts at restitution, but it's bound to be an important part.
