Big Bucks, John L and Katherine. What do you think was behind the purchase of Consilium, Inc.? Was it to replace some of the employees who may have been let go in servicing or marketing? Or, was, in your opinion, a positive move for the company to extend their present leadership. I am at a loss for the rationale.
