You didn't say. I do know that in Russia, for example, the spy agency (Primakov's old bailiwick) is seeking (and may have already received ) the power to spy on all Internet messages (including, of course, those from abroad). Right now, it seems to me that in this country we should perhaps be more concerned about the steady upcreep (new coinage) of wiretapping... jbe
