Man I need a bottle of advil on this one folks. The reason why many of you have not received any proxy materials from Medinah Inc. is that the transfer agent did not send that to ya.... Now the company says we shoulda have had our shares registered, and not sitting in a brokerage account. So it appears that only registered shareholders received notification of the agm and can vote their proxy. For those of you that will be there and would like to vote in person please contact your broker and have them get you what is called a legal proxy. When I spoke with management, I was told they don't know who those shareholders are at the brokerage houses. That is correct, but if the notice was given to the brokerage house the brokerage house then inturns delivers to the shareholder of record via their account information. The Transfer Agent has confirmed that on a shareholder list dilivered to Medinah that it does list the Swaab's, the Merrill,s, etc. so thats that on the proxies folks. Now, you would also have to have your brokerage account list someone other than yourself if you will not be there or have Larry Regis, or Les, or the tooth fairy listed....This was a lot of fun learning how this process works. Like I have always said its been a fun learning experience...
