Terra Natural Resources Corp. Announces Record Date
CALABASAS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 13, 1998--Terra Natural Resources Corp. (formerly known as Nevada Manhattan Mining Inc.) (OTC BB:NVMH - news) Tuesday announced that the record date for its upcoming annual stockholders' meeting, presently scheduled for Dec. 9, 1998, is Oct. 23, 1998.
Only stockholders of record as of the close of business on Oct. 23, 1998, will be entitled to notice of and to vote at the meeting. Pursuant to the company's bylaws, proposals to be made by stockholders at the meeting and stockholder nominations for directors must be received by the company, together with certain additional information as provided by the bylaws, no later than Oct. 28, 1998.
