Steve, "Everything you wanted to know" - but it doesn't give the specific financial conditions of the AMAT acquisition, which I am anxious to determine - at least as far as I can tell. Do you know where I can find this information (i.e., exactly how many AMAT shares will be exchanged for Consilium shares at any given AMAT price)? TIA! Bob
