lawrence, have you ever heard the old saying that if something sounds too good to be true it probably is? There is no way that REFR would be trading at these levels if there were a significant possibility of what you claim happening. If they could have convinced anyone that it was likely, they sure wouldn't have had to resort to this type of financing scheme. Barb
