Agreed on takeover opinion Steve. Based on what Techne paid for the Genzyme division a while back I figured that a similar valued offer for BIOI would be around $10. I don't want this one sold though, we will make more money as an independent company.

Was updating my stats today and found that BIOI only has 2 analysts covering now - down from four several months ago. Don't like to see that trend, the more you have recommending the better the demand.
