I also got the letter today. It's old news but as you say nice to hear that they are alive Only thing I hadn't seen before was that they hope to get listed "on an exchange." If all that happens, we'll be kicking ourselves we didn't wipe out that MM ridiculous spread. Nothing about the preferred in the letter. Once this stuff is finalized then I'm sure they will take care of the loose ends. Don't want to overtax those lawyers. Make sure they stay focused and close this deal LOL.
