Thanks for your response. DCHT appears a viable co., but small specialized market, unless the power transformer monitoring applications takes-off (unlikely that it will IMHO.)
RE: DCHT smaller float - what is the float? ACTC has 24.7 M float on 31M outstanding, DCHT has 50 M outstanding. A smaller float may not be significant. Insider selling is more significant. I still like telecomm arena better.
