Hi GG and Everyone, Well lleh, I guess is the way to start this one(G). I did NOT get to talk to the good DR today but I did talk with someone of relative importance and here's the gist of it as short as it may be: DROM is currently delisted from OTC-BB(we didn't know?) and the word on the needed financials to get MM's reactivated was nil. I was told that the financials could not be discussed at this time. The company is in the dark as to the scope of the SEC investigation and is not pleased either about the way this has been handled. I have contacted the SEC but so far nobody will talk to me specifically about DROM. My contact said DR may know more but he's in a position to know and the DR isn't telling him anymore than he was telling me so my guess is that DR isn't going to talk or isn't able to talk at present....that was the ungood... Now for some slight good.....DROM is continuing with their plans concerning the USGA deal and PBA pilot scheduled for April and May. This individual said he has continued his sales work if that means anything. OPINION: We be in trouble but that isn't anything we all didn't already know. The company was much tighter lipped this time than any previous time I have spoken to them. My guess is that the lawyers have told them to talk to nobody concerning anything of substance but I will try the DR my next available opp. I'm sorry this wasn't more informative but info is really tight. I keep hoping I'm going to finally get someone at the SEC that will at least tell me what the heck this investigation is actually about because the company either doesn't actually know or they are lying about not knowing.........either way, we deserve to know.... MH
