I'm wondering whether that "pending" lawsuit against WIN was ever filed or if it was just another example of the smoke and mirror tactics used by the Araldica folks; misleading statements, unsubstantiated numbers, misrepresented press releases under letterheads of unsuspecting companies, even deceptive claims found right on their own web page.
