He did say that other companies are being considered but there is nothing definite yet.

Seems to me, their strategy as far as "partnering" going forward, will be determined by how valuable LU feels this technology is. I just can't see LU "giving away the store" to XYLN, when the same technology could be used to enhance their own switch (Lannet).

Unfortunately, by the time we find out how binding the qudt/XYLN contract is (probably the earnings CC), it may be too late to react.

On a positive note, this software is not rocket science, and I assume another source can be found. But the time spent integrating it into the hardware will have been wasted.
