I am sorry this is not going to be a presonal message to all of you, but the mailing group is getting larger and larger by the day.
With reference to what is going on with the Nutek Stock, I am sending you a message written by Mr George Sassone, our CEO

"I want to thank everybody who has inquired about Nutek Inc. Some of you want to know what is going on with Nutek, why the sudden stock volume increase and stock price increase ???
You all know, that on August 11, we made a press release that stated Nutek's expectations in regards to our products marketing schedules, revenues and income per share for the end of the year.
At that time our release and promotion was directed to potential investors, and the result there was short lived activity. This time however, we have made a sincere effort to communicate with the brokers, market makers and portfolio managers, about Nutek, and the message is getting through. Our company is here to stay, and our growth will be exponential, so all our more than 1000 shareholders will benefit from our hard work and efforts.
It is my personal belief that 80% of the companies that trade over the counter are not solid companies, and of the remaining 20%, half are hoping to become a shell for somebody. However, the remaining half are companies with good products or services, good management and all they need is a little bit of time to obtain the success and rewards they deserve.
It takes diligence, but more important vision in the part of the potential investors to select a great investment opportunity like Nutek. Those who do invest will share in these rewards, and those who pass this investment opportunity, we respect your decision. What we do know for sure is that the current price of our stock does not reflect the positive reality nor the potential of our company.
