Before news release Outstanding Shares- 216,184,655 Class B Preferred Shares- 28,400,000 with a face value of $700,000.00 After news release Outstanding Shares- 244,584,655 No Class B Preferred $100,000.00 forth coming as investment to AREE $500,000.00 in funds to be tried and raised in exchange for common stock and convertible debt. If they can bring $1/2 million into AREE this will help finance the new BOD plan. With such a large OS # already additional shares won't hurt too much. To raise $1/2 million they have to be some sweet talkers indeed. I would vote them salesperson of the year if they pull this off. I'm just sitting on the sidelines watching at this time.
