She really doesn't know what she's talking about. If you go back and look at her recent posts, you will notice that she just goes around hyping from one board to another. She buys the stock on the high end and then just goes around and hypes hoping to create a rise in price in order to dump her shares.
As to the NO REVERSE SPLIT, it might well be true. However, they never said there will be no more increase in authorized shares. Between you and me, except for a few minor details, an increase of 2 to 1, results in a 1 to 2 reverse split. Ratio stays the same unless you also reverse the number of shares authorized which is never the case. Thus, the consequences of said increase is just about the same as of those of a reverse. As a result, they are indirectly doing what they said they wouldn't.
In addition thereto, as to the numbers, numbers do not mean anything unless they are audited. I am ready to bet a few cyber beers that the audited numbers, when and if they come out, will reflect a decrease in profits, revenues, etc..
Don't get me wrong, I am not bashing the company. Just questioning management's way of conducting business.
