Why thank you.

Joe also mentioned to me that they were indeed buying back the stock almost everyday. I didn't ask how much or for him to quantify "almost everyday". Anyone who really wants to know can call them and find out the total outstanding shares at any time. I will ask why they seem to be both buying and selling shares and if there is something I'm missing.

A further point he mentioned, in N. Dixson's favor, is that she is indeed a long term investor in REFR and has been maintaining and/or increasing her position over time. I spoke with her privately, and the fact that she tends to choose stocks with convertibles at first glance appears to be correlated to the kind of risk she is interested in taking, and not that she is intentionally promoting convertibles. I can not guarantee this, but I should not jump to conclusions so quickly. I apologize for my earlier comments that did.

I still definitely do not agree with her interpretation of my interpretation of the financing but do not want to discuss publicly.

Good luck to all,

Jon
