james, no growth is not a good thing. it may be a better than bad thing, though. not good. sure, intel makes money. so what? if they can't grow then investor will NEVER see a dime of the earnings. btw, a 26 pe is rich for a no growth company. the lemmings like name recognition and liquidity - neither of these adds long term value to a company. neither does no growth. james, here's some more in depth analysis. reported numbers often hide the true story... exchange2000.com
