Craig, Thought I'd just jump in here for the record. My last week problems with scans seemed to disappear when I reran my "common.lst" scan. I've been OK with all my scans since doing that. Still, that may suggest that some bum data was in my earlier common list and the new run got rid of it. I'm like you, if the techies don't come in, I'm at a total loss. But, at the moment, I'm still a happy camper. I think Gary is working on some stuff that will fix a lot of these problems. Ken
