The exchange in question was specifically about VCD in China. "If it is true then I think it is short term thinking on their part. I think they should dig in and take a hit in margins if necessary to stay on top of the digital business there." IMO: Digital Video in general grows there. Digital broadcast is lining up DVD is next. VCD is on the way out. I did not hear Alex "giving up" in DVD or DBS in China. Sounds like long term thinking to me.
