I guess your using MSFT's IE4. IN NetScape's Navigator and Communicator Ver 3+, there is an option to turn off the loading
of graphics, "Auto Load Images" Also there is a button in the ToolBar to load the graphics if all the menu items happen to be graphics icons, clicking "Auto Load Images" in the Options enables or disables
the toolbar icon.
