An exchange can include the Boston Exchange or the Pacific Exchange but, heck, it's all much better than the bulletin board. It's time to supply our guesstimates as to the price of the common and the preferred post-merger. Here's mine: Common--$2.00 per share Preferred--$5.70 per share. (the conversion rate of 2.7 plus an unpaid 30 cent per share dividend).
