Everyone, a new record low today with like what seems no new positive news out there. My estimate is that IPV's cash(liquidity) position must be getting extremely dire at this point. With no new funding arrangements in place, how much longer can these guys exist as a going concern? I'm trying to figure who will go under first. My hometown Hamilton Philip Environmental(incredible!!!!!)or IPV. Thoughts, opinions, anyone? John
