ALERT:Microsoft&reg SideWinder&reg Force Feedback Wheel in stores now $199 ref/ microsoft.com ...the most [preventible] preemptive strike against TMSR to date...Aanderud-Koski-Resnick and the classified BOD simply destroyed TMSR shareholder value...FF NASCAR* simply should have shipped xmas '97...MSFTs next preemptive strike will be to simply appropriate the Intel&reg Internet gaming voice technology once TMSR has performed the requisite R&D and confirmed its viability...TMSR must now put themselves 'in play' contemporaneous with a hopefully hugely successful and proprietary FragMaster...TMSR blew it as we chronicled and cited by not engaging in a Q3 '97 secondary with a new CEO/CFO/ combination...put it in play Hausmann...or you can read about it here before and after the fact...you inherited a piece of crap...and a piece of crap which is [allegedly] still subject to Rule 10b-5 class action litigation in re: alleged criminal gross negligence...in addition to questions surrounding TMSRs accounting practices pursuant to Q4 fiscal 1997...as Koski and Aanderud's departure's elegantly [and prima faciely] attest to... *note: it appears the NASCAR&reg Sprint is a superior case of cannibalization with the NASCAR Pro and perhaps the T2 et al...it is now questionable what shareholder value one can assign to this license...and Hausmann has already played down the significance of TMSRs entry into gaming consoles...
