Jon, The private placement you asked about was mentioned me a couple of months ago as a possible reason the short position was so great. Joe told me all of the shares had been issued and some sold by the holder. He said the rest we being held "long term". He would not tell me how many shares they still held. So I think it is safe to assume the 1997 deal is over. Rick PS Dixon I know you knew this but I'm thought I clear that up.
