I may have the math wrong but I think the 25mil comes off the 35mil leaving them with about 10mil. Which by the way I think they need very badly. I belive their bonds may have been put on watch so hopefully this will help that situation.

I think our hope is with the spinning off or somehow mining out the value of the parts,i.e. Aironet.
